Overview:

The client was involved in the construction of a 58-story commercial tower in Dubai and required a reliable sealing solution that could withstand the region’s extreme heat and sandstorms. They faced challenges with aging seals in similar past projects, including cracking and loss of elasticity.

Solution:

Our team at Shenzhen Xunzhi designed a high-resilience EPDM rubber sealing strip with excellent UV resistance, long-term flexibility, and high weather durability. We worked closely with the client’s engineering team to adjust hardness, dimensions, and corner treatments to match the aluminum profile design perfectly.
